If you can not make the lesson time, please let me know by 5pm, the day before the lesson.

A make up lesson can only be scheduled if the teacher has an available time slot.  Make up lesson shoud be set up in a same month.

Late notice will be counted as 1 lesson.

*Please note that there is no refund once the fee is paid.

3000yen penalty fee will be charged  if:

​

・Student cancelled the lesson after 5pm the day before the lesson

・Nobody is at home when teacher comes and no appears within 10minutes. 

・Student does not join the online meeting on time.

​

No make up lesson in those cases.　

​All the case above is counted as 1 lesson.

<About the long time absence>

​

If student will be absent more than 4 weeks consecutively

​

*Student needs to give a notice at least 2 weeks before the absence

*Student needs to reserve the lesson schedule in advance for  further one month after coming back and needs to pay a deposit equal to the half price for that month

​

If it is difficult to know the schedule in advance, deposit will be calculated on the regular lesson base.

​

Payment is due to the last lesson of the month before the absence occurs.
